A frightened Sarla says to Dadi that Preeta has revealed their family problems to Tanushri. In the Luthra home, Kareena notices the missing jewel in her necklace, and then charges Preeta of taking it. In the next scene, an angry Srishti is scolding Kareena to stop her making false accusations against Preeta as a thief, and the Luthras discover they are sisters. Srishti as well as Preeta are twins.
