Mohini is dejected and goes back to the palace and she’s confronted by Devki and she is asked to bring a candle inside the temple. Both Devki as well as Mohini are shocked when they discover that Mohini is not injured. Incredulous by the incident, Mohini challenges the power of the goddess, and pledges to achieve her goal. Her actions provoke the goddess’s fury.
