When Tulasi is bringing the puja thali Satyavathi deliberately knocks her down to make her look humiliated. Kanaka Durga is then abusive to her , making her the joke among all. Then, she enjoins Tulasi to complete all rituals in preparation for the puja, instead of allowing her to go to the puja. In the following, a depressed Tulasi tells the story to Sambayya. But, Priya overhears their conversation and becomes depressed.
