In order to recover from the loss of fortune that he has suffered when he is a widower, he gets married to Gayatri (Drashti Dhami) she is one of his daughters, who is the largest state money lender Gopal Seth. The marriage not only creates an outrage, but it also creates a string of dramatic events in the Seth family as well as the royal staff, causing the entire family to alter for the better. The heart of the story is the love affair between Ranaji who remains deeply in love with his late wife and a ordinary, Gayatri who now discovers the fact that being the status of a Rani doesn’t necessarily mean an ending that is reminiscent of a fairytale.
