Once she is in the village Indravadhan responds to people’s questions and promises the people that he will discover a solution. In the next moment, Gayatri spots Indravadhan walking alongside his guards. she runs to him to keep an eye on him. Unfortunately, she falls off the cliff, and plunges in the sea. Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani is the tale of the Royal Family from Ameerkot that is led by Rajmata and Rana Indravadhan Singh Deo (Siddhant Karnick). To make up for the financial loss he is facing by the couple, they get married to Gayatri (Drashti Dhami) she is one of his daughters, who is the largest state lender, Gopal Seth. The marriage not only creates an uproar, but also creates a string of dramatic events in the Seth family as well as the Royal servants that cause their lives for the better. In the center of this story is the love affair between Ranaji and Gayatri, who are in love with his deceased wife, and the ordinary, Gayatri who now discovers the fact that being the status of a Rani doesn’t necessarily mean an ending that is reminiscent of a fairytale. The story follows Gayatri who was a young girl without a future as she’s a manglik, to being the queen of the heart of Ranaji and his people!
